VALERISC
Terms of service
Terms for shopping with Valerisc.
Our store
This store is operated by valerisc, at 2301 University Dr, Newport Beach, CA 92660, United States. By using the website and purchasing from us, you agree to these terms and the relevant store policies.
Products and prices
Product pages describe the available designs, materials, sizes and prices. Prices are in US dollars. Screen settings can affect the appearance of colors. Refer to the product-specific size chart before selecting a size. Any changes to listed prices apply to future purchases, not to an accepted order.
Payment authorization
When you submit payment for an order, you authorize the applicable payment service to charge the amount shown at checkout. Payment status and order acceptance depend on the payment and order confirmation provided for that transaction.
Order information and acceptance
Please provide accurate contact, shipping and billing information. A submitted checkout request is subject to payment verification and order acceptance. Use the order confirmation and payment receipt, where issued, to review the accepted transaction details. Contact us if something needs correction.
Shipping and tax
Shipping is free for eligible US orders. The handling time, cutoff and estimated transit are set out in our Shipping policy. Checkout displays tax as $0.00; this is our stated checkout charge and is not a claim that products are legally tax-exempt.
Returns and refunds
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery under our Returns & Refunds policy. There is no restocking fee. Return shipping responsibility depends on the reason for return. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after the returned item is received and checked.
Contact and assistance
