A LITTLE CLARITY
Questions, answered.
From finding your fit to arranging a return.
How do I choose a size?
Each product has a size chart with flat garment chest width and body length in inches and centimeters. Compare these with a T-shirt you already wear. Regular, relaxed and boxy fits have different measurements.
What are the T-shirts made from?
All six designs use 100% cotton jersey. Fabric weight, fit and printed or embroidered details are listed on each product page.
Where do you ship?
All 50 United States and Washington, DC, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship to US territories or military APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping on all orders within the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Standard shipping is $0.00.
How long will delivery take?
Handling: 1–2 business days. Transit after dispatch: 3–4 business days. Estimated total: 4–6 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed. The cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed UTC−06:00 daily. After-cutoff, weekend and US federal holiday orders begin handling on the next business day.
Can I return a T-shirt?
Request a return within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and original packaging, with any attached tags retained. Contact us for authorization first.
Who pays return shipping?
We cover it for our errors, damage or defects. You pay for change-of-mind returns. There is no restocking fee.
When will I receive a refund?
After the returned item is received and checked and the refund is approved, funds are returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Contact support@valerisc.com with the order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help. Ordinary-return condition requirements do not prevent reporting a defect, damage or wrong item.
